Dear Sago Networks, I have had one dedicated server at SagoNet for almost 1,5 years. During this time I haven't had any problems with technical support. They always respond quickly by email or in live chat, and are always ready to solve your problem quickly at any time. During my time as a SagoNet client, my server discovered one HDD failure, I believe that it was the HDD's manufacturer failure, but support techs quickly offered to move me onto a new HDD. They pre-install CentOS 5, transferred all data from old to new one HDD, and all of this was done in 3 or 4 hours. It very amazing and very fast. Sales/Billing representatives are very friendly and sociable, they are ready to answer any questions and advise the best solution, both on price and quality. I particularly wish to commend the work of Sean Dodman, SagoNet Senior Account Manager, talking with him was for me a real pleasure. Network connectivity are at the top level. From Belarus it about 250ms at peak hours, but usually ~190-200ms. My web site users are very satisfied with the network speed to my server. Regards, Andrei Tsumarev.

Sago Labs Goes Live
We are very happy to announce the Sago Labs site is now available for public viewing at www.labs.sagonet.com and is linked to from our Sago home page.
Sago Labs is the research division of Sago Networks. This is where new technologies are tested and where labs, testing, and analysis is done. This is the fun stuff, and the results of this work go directly to benefit you, our customers. From server performance benchmarking showing exactly what you get with our hardware, to hard drive and file system performance testing, to analyzing results of database engines compiled with different compilers, to virtualization and cloud computing platforms we are experimenting with - this is where all such in depth investigative research and testing is done.
In the coming weeks there will be some very interesting data released on this blog, so please keep an eye on it. You may wish to subscribe to the RSS feed so you don't miss anything.
You may also get an occasional view of the culture here at Sago. There are some rather colorful characters here, and sometimes a bit of the odd humor that all serious research depends on may show up as well.
